1. Marketplace role
The East Living is a marketplace that connects travelers with independent travel suppliers. We do not own vehicles, employ guides, or operate tours. Contracts for any experience are formed directly between the traveler and the supplier.
2. Supplier responsibility
Suppliers are responsible for their licensing, insurance, vehicles, guides, safety and the delivery of their experiences. While we verify suppliers before listing, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers.
3. Inquiries and bookings
Submitting an inquiry creates no obligation. Pricing, availability, cancellation and refund terms are set by each supplier and should be confirmed directly with them.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false information, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may remove listings or accounts that breach these terms.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The East Living is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or any experience booked through a supplier.
