1. Marketplace relationship
By listing on The East Living, you agree that we are a marketplace connecting travelers with suppliers. We do not employ you, operate your tours, or guarantee bookings. You remain responsible for all services you offer.
2. Verification and listings
Listings are published after admin review. You must provide accurate business details, licenses where applicable, and honest pricing. Do not inflate listed rates to recover advertising. We may suspend listings that mislead travelers or breach safety standards.
3. Inquiries and communication
Travelers confirm their email before a request is treated as a lead. We then assign matching quotes to you. You are responsible for a timely reply and for the quote, contract and cancellation terms you send.
4. Subscription (Phase 1)
We charge one way: an optional monthly subscription for visibility, billed in advance and invoiced manually. It covers listing and placement — never a charge per quote, and never a cut of the safari. Nothing auto-renews against a stored card in Phase 1; tell us before the next month to stop, and unused time is not refunded once a month has started. We do not guarantee lead volume. 5. Content and reviews
You grant us permission to display your listing content and images for marketing the marketplace. Reviews must be genuine. You may not solicit fake reviews.
