What we do not do

• We do not operate tours or safaris.
• We do not own vehicles, employ guides or hold travel inventory.
• We do not control itineraries, safety operations or on-the-ground delivery.
• We do not collect booking payments in Phase 1.
• We do not guarantee prices, availability or trip outcomes.

Supplier responsibility

Verified suppliers are responsible for their licensing, insurance, vehicles, guides, safety standards, pricing, cancellations and the fulfillment of every experience. A verification badge means we have reviewed their application — it does not remove the supplier's operational and legal responsibility.

Traveler relationship

In Phase 1, a verified quote reaches our team first. We then assign a verified operator. Any contract, payment, cancellation or dispute is between the traveler and that operator unless a future booking feature states otherwise. We are not a tour operator, not a UK ATOL holder, and not a US seller of travel — trip payments do not go through us.

Pricing

Prices shown on listings are "from" prices, usually displayed in US dollars as a guide for travelers from the US, UK, and elsewhere. Confirm the operator's quote — including park fees, season, and billing currency — before you pay them. We do not add a silent marketing markup, and travelers do not pay to request or view a quote. In Phase 1, operators pay only for listing and featured visibility — not per inquiry.
