1. Marketplace relationship

By listing on The East Living, you agree that we are a lead-generation marketplace. We do not employ you, operate your tours, or guarantee bookings. You remain responsible for all services you offer.

2. Verification and listings

Listings are published after admin review. You must provide accurate business details, licenses where applicable, and honest pricing. We may suspend listings that mislead travelers or breach safety standards.

3. Inquiries and communication

Traveler inquiries are delivered to your nominated email. You are responsible for timely, professional replies and for all quotes, contracts and cancellations with travelers.

4. Paid packages (Phase 1)

Featured placement and supplier packages are invoiced manually. Fees cover visibility and platform services — not guaranteed lead volume. Cancellation terms are provided on invoice. See supplier packages.

5. Content and reviews

You grant us permission to display your listing content and images for marketing the marketplace. Reviews must be genuine. You may not solicit fake reviews.
