The East Living is a travel experiences marketplace. We facilitate discovery, comparison and inquiries between travelers and independent suppliers.

What we do not do

We do not operate tours or safaris.
We do not own vehicles, employ guides or hold travel inventory.
We do not control itineraries, safety operations or on-the-ground delivery.
We do not collect booking payments in Phase 1.
We do not guarantee prices, availability or trip outcomes.

Supplier responsibility

Verified suppliers are responsible for their licensing, insurance, vehicles, guides, safety standards, pricing, cancellations and the fulfillment of every experience. A verification badge means we have reviewed their application — it does not remove the supplier's operational and legal responsibility.

Traveler relationship

In Phase 1, inquiries are sent directly to suppliers. Any contract, payment, cancellation or dispute is between the traveler and the supplier unless a future booking feature states otherwise.

Pricing

Prices shown on listings are "from" prices set by suppliers and subject to confirmation based on dates, group size and inclusions.
